Cin7 pricing starts at $349 a month for Cin7 Core Standard, with 5 users, 2 e-commerce or app integrations and 6,000 sale orders a year. Pro is $599 a month with 10 users and 24,000 orders a year, and Advanced is $1,199 a month with 15 users and 120,000 orders a year. Cin7 Omni is quote only. Prices are in US dollars, before tax, for new customers.

Every plan figure on this page comes from the cin7.com pricing page and the Cin7 Core help center, checked in October 2026. Cin7 prices Core per plan, not per seat, and each plan carries a yearly sale order allowance. For most wholesale brands the number that decides the bill is orders a year, then users, then which add-ons you need. Below are the three Core plans, what the annual cost works out to, the add-ons, two worked examples, how Cin7 compares on price with Zoho Inventory and Fishbowl, and the one cost no Cin7 plan covers.
Cin7 Core costs $4,188 a year on Standard, $7,188 a year on Pro and $14,388 a year on Advanced, at the published monthly prices of $349, $599 and $1,199, before sales tax and add-ons. Cin7 Omni has no list price. Cin7 describes it as a custom solution for larger businesses and prices it by quote.
| Cin7 Core plan | Price per month | Per year | Users | E-commerce and app integrations | Sale orders per year |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | $349 | $4,188 | 5 | 2 | 6,000 |
| Pro | $599 | $7,188 | 10 | 4 | 24,000 |
| Advanced | $1,199 | $14,388 | 15 | 6 | 120,000 |
| Omni | Quote | Quote | Custom | Custom | Custom |
All three Core plans include unlimited inventory locations and an accounting connection to Xero or QuickBooks Online. Users, integrations and sale order volume can all be bought beyond the plan allowance. One thing to watch if you are reading older reviews: several software directories still list Advanced at $999 a month. The cin7.com pricing page shows $1,199 for new customers, so budget from the vendor page, not the directory.
The plans step up on volume first and features second. Standard suits a small brand starting to manage inventory properly: 5 users, 2 channel integrations and 500 orders a month on average. Material requirements planning, the B2B portal and point of sale are add-ons on this plan, and advanced warehouse management, returns management and advanced production are not available at all.
Pro is the plan Cin7 marks as most popular. It doubles the users to 10, adds 2 more integrations, quadruples order volume to 24,000 a year and includes MRP. Advanced warehouse management, returns (RMA), advanced production and the Flex API become available as add-ons. Advanced is built for high-volume operations: 15 users, 6 integrations, 120,000 orders a year and advanced warehouse management for multiple warehouses included.
| Feature | Standard | Pro | Advanced |
|---|---|---|---|
| Material requirements planning | Add-on | Included | Included |
| Advanced warehouse management | Not available | Add-on | Included |
| Returns management (RMA) | Not available | Add-on | Add-on |
| Advanced production manufacturing | Not available | Add-on | Add-on |
| More than 100,000 SKUs | Not available | Add-on | Add-on |
| B2B portal and POS | Add-on | Add-on | Add-on |
| API, automations, IDR, forecasting | Add-on | Add-on | Add-on |
Cin7 says its plan prices have no hidden fees, and that optional add-ons cost extra. The pricing page lists these as add-ons across Core: Cin7 ForesightAI demand forecasting, the API and Flex API for high sales volume, Advanced Automations, Intelligent Document Recognition (IDR), the B2B portal and extra portal sites, point of sale and extra registers, Premium Support and Professional Services. Cin7 does not publish add-on prices, so each one is a line on your quote.
Several of those modules can be tried before you pay. The Cin7 Core help lists 30-day free trials for Production, API, B2B, RMA, POS, Intelligent Document Recognition and Automation, started from the Integrations screen. Add-ons bought mid-term are invoiced pro rata for the rest of the period, and Cin7 states that refunds are not issued if you remove add-ons, which is a reason to trial first.
Both. The Cin7 Core help says the billing period is monthly or annual, with the invoice sent before each period begins. Monthly subscribers pay automatically by card one day before the period starts. Annual subscribers pay manually. An invoice that is still unpaid at the start of the period makes the account read-only, and after 6 weeks of non-payment the account is canceled.
Cin7 also commits to emailing the billing contact at least 30 days before a plan price change. US customers that are tax-exempt organizations can upload an exemption certificate in My Subscription and get a refund of tax on the latest payment after review. Onboarding is sold separately as packages, with group, one-to-one and partner-led options, so ask for that line on the quote as well.
Example one, a 7-person apparel brand. It sells on Shopify and wholesale, ships about 9,000 orders a year and needs 7 logins. Standard fails on both counts, 5 users and 6,000 orders. Pro covers it with room to grow: $599 a month, or $7,188 a year, before tax and add-ons. If the team also wants the B2B portal for wholesale buyers, add that quote line.
Example two, a 12-person distributor with two warehouses. It needs 12 users and multi-warehouse picking, and ships 30,000 orders a year. Pro tops out at 10 users and 24,000 orders, and advanced warehouse management is an add-on there. Advanced includes the warehouse module, 15 users and 120,000 orders, for $1,199 a month or $14,388 a year. Pricing Pro plus extra users, extra volume and the warehouse add-on against Advanced is the comparison to ask your Cin7 rep for.
On published prices Cin7 Core sits between the two. Zoho Inventory pricing runs $29 to $249 a month on annual billing, with Enterprise covering 15,000 orders a month and 7 users for about $2,988 a year. Fishbowl pricing starts at $229 a month for 2 users and reaches $729 a month for 10 users, billed annually, before a required implementation package. Cin7 Pro at $7,188 a year buys 10 users and 24,000 orders, with a deeper multichannel and wholesale feature set than Zoho. Ask for the onboarding package price, which the pricing page does not list.
| System | Entry price | Mid plan | Users on mid plan | Pricing basis |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cin7 Core | $349 a month | Pro $599 a month | 10 | Per plan, orders per year |
| Zoho Inventory | $29 a month, annual | Premium $129 a month, annual | 2 | Per organization, orders per month |
| Fishbowl | $229 a month, annual | Growth $429 a month, annual | 5 | Per plan, plus implementation |
The pricing basis matters as much as the sticker. Zoho counts orders per month and includes few users. Cin7 counts orders per year and includes more users. Fishbowl adds a required implementation package on top. Line up the same 12 months of order volume and the same headcount before comparing.
Cin7 is worth the cost for a product brand or wholesaler that sells through several channels, needs one stock count across warehouses and marketplaces, and has outgrown QuickBooks inventory or spreadsheets. It is expensive for a single-channel seller with a few hundred orders a month, where Zoho Inventory or a QuickBooks add-on does the job for a fraction of the price.
Cin7 automates orders that arrive through an integration. Wholesale buyers who email a PDF purchase order are a different story. Someone still opens the attachment and keys each line, or uploads it to IDR, an add-on that the Cin7 help says needs the SKU and product name in separate columns and one document per file. Buyers usually print their own item numbers, so many orders still need hand matching. At 10 to 15 minutes per wholesale order, 15 orders a day is close to 3 hours of order desk time.
Our Cin7 sales order import reads the customer PO, any layout and length, and returns every line as a CSV you can load through the Cin7 Core sale tasks import or the Omni sales order import, starting at $49 a month. Teams with a morning pile of attachments clear it with bulk purchase order upload, and the full workflow is on sales order entry automation. Cin7 then posts invoices to QuickBooks Online or Xero, and if your bank side still arrives as PDF statements, a PDF bank statement to QBO converter gets those into QuickBooks for reconciliation.
No. Cin7 Core is priced per plan, with users included: 5 on Standard, 10 on Pro and 15 on Advanced. Extra users can be bought beyond the plan allowance at a price set on your quote, and Cin7 Omni is priced by custom quote.
Cin7 sells additional sale order volume on every Core plan, or you move to the next plan. Standard includes 6,000 sale orders a year, Pro 24,000 and Advanced 120,000. Compare the cost of extra volume with the price gap to the next plan before you buy.
Yes. The cin7.com pricing page offers a free trial of Cin7, and the Core help lists 30-day trials of several modules, including Production, API, B2B, POS and Intelligent Document Recognition. There is no free plan.
Cin7 does not publish Omni prices. It describes Omni as a custom solution for larger businesses with advanced needs, priced to your requirements, and asks you to contact sales for a quote. Expect the quote to cover users, integrations, EDI and support level.
Usually, for a small or mid-size brand. Cin7 Core publishes plans from $349 a month with users included, while NetSuite is quote only, licensed per user plus a base fee and modules. NetSuite goes further on full ERP financials, which Cin7 leaves to Xero or QuickBooks Online.
