inFlow Inventory pricing starts at $99 a month for Lite when billed annually, or $129 billed monthly. Core is $299 a month annual ($379 monthly) with 5 team members and 5 locations, Pro is $499 ($629) with 10 team members and unlimited locations, and Max is $699 ($879) with 20 team members. Extra team members cost $29 a month each. Prices are in US dollars and come from inFlow's own pricing page, checked in October 2026.

Binders of customer orders and supplier paperwork on an office shelf

inFlow is a small-business inventory and order management system, and it prices by plan, with a fixed number of team members and locations in each. That makes the bill easy to predict, and it also means the plan you need is decided by two questions: how many people touch orders and stock, and how many places you hold inventory. Below are the four inventory plans, the add-on that matters most, two worked examples, what the monthly billing premium costs, and the order entry cost that sits outside every plan.

How much does inFlow Inventory cost?

inFlow lists four plans for its inventory product. Each plan is cheaper when you commit to a year. Here is the published structure.

PlanBilled annually (per month)Billed monthlyYearly cost on annual billingTeam membersLocations
Lite$99$129$1,18821, no sublocations
Core$299$379$3,58855
Pro$499$629$5,98810Unlimited
Max$699$879$8,38820Unlimited

New customers also get a hardware credit toward scanners and similar equipment, listed at $100 on Lite, $250 on Core, $500 on Pro and $1,000 on Max. inFlow offers a 14 day free trial with no credit card required, which is enough time to import a real product list and run a few orders through it.

What does an extra inFlow team member cost?

Extra team members on the inventory plans cost $29 a month each on the base schedule. inFlow shows lower per-person rates at higher counts, but the pricing page does not make clear which plan gets which schedule, so treat $29 as the planning figure and confirm the rest in the pricing calculator before you buy. Since each plan includes a set number of team members, adding people is often cheaper than jumping a tier, until the extra seats cost more than the next plan or you need what the next plan unlocks, usually more locations.

What does inFlow cost for a team of eight?

Take a wholesaler with 8 people who enter orders, receive stock and ship, working from a warehouse and one overflow room, so two locations. Core covers 5 team members and 5 locations. Three extra team members add $87 a month, so the total is $386 a month on annual billing, or $4,632 a year. Pro includes 10 team members for $499 a month, or $5,988 a year. Core with extra seats is about $1,356 a year cheaper, and it holds all the locations that business needs. Pro makes sense only once the count of locations goes past five or the team passes about 12.

What does paying monthly cost compared with annual?

The monthly billing premium is steady across the range. Lite costs $30 a month more when billed monthly, which is $360 over a year. Core costs $80 more, or $960 a year. Pro costs $130 more, or $1,560 a year, and Max costs $180 more, or $2,160 a year. If you are sure you will still be running the system in twelve months, annual billing saves roughly 20 to 25 percent. If you are in a trial-like phase, pay monthly for a quarter, then switch.

Which inFlow plan fits which business?

  • Lite suits a one-location seller with two people, such as a small online brand or a reseller working from a single stockroom.
  • Core suits a growing wholesaler or distributor with up to 5 people and a few locations, such as a warehouse, a retail backroom and a van.
  • Pro suits a business with 10 people or many locations that needs more access control over who can see and change what.
  • Max suits a larger team of up to 20 people with unlimited locations.

inFlow also sells a manufacturing edition with bills of materials and production orders, and a separate Stockroom product for scanning stock in and out. Those are priced separately, and you only need them if you build what you sell or want barcode scanning without costing. This page covers the standard inventory plans.

The cost no inFlow plan covers

The plan price covers the software. It does not cover the hours spent getting wholesale orders into it. Orders from your store or sales channels can come through integrations, but a business customer who emails a PDF purchase order still needs someone to open it, find the customer, add each product and type quantities and prices. At 12 POs a day with 15 lines each, that is 180 lines of typing, every day.

inFlow can import orders from a CSV, with one row per order line, so the job becomes building that file instead of keying each line. PurchaseOrders reads the customer PDF and returns those rows, which is why the inFlow sales order import page lays out the required columns and the product matching rule that decides whether an import is clean. Plans start at $49 a month, which is less than two extra inFlow team members, so the seat you were about to add for data entry may not be needed. Teams comparing inventory systems on the same basis can read the Cin7 pricing and Zoho Inventory pricing and Unleashed pricing breakdowns.

Once those orders ship and are invoiced, the next problem is late payers, and an accounts receivable tool that chases unpaid invoices takes that follow-up off the same small team.

Frequently asked questions

Is inFlow Inventory free?

Lite is $99 a month billed annually or $129 billed monthly. Core is $299 or $379, Pro is $499 or $629, and Max is $699 or $879. Extra team members cost $29 a month each on the base schedule.

How many users does inFlow include?

Lite includes 2 team members, Core includes 5, Pro includes 10 and Max includes 20. Additional team members can be added to the inventory plans at $29 a month each, with lower rates at higher counts shown in inFlow's calculator.
