Unleashed pricing starts at $399 a month for Core, or $4,389 a year ($366 a month), with 3 users. Pro is $729 a month, or $8,019 a year ($668 a month), with 5 users. Extra users cost $69 a month on Core and $89 on Pro. Both plans include 100 sales orders a month. Prices are in US dollars, exclude taxes, and come from the Unleashed pricing page.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing | Users included | Extra user |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core | $399 | $4,389 ($366 a month) | 3 | $69 a month |
| Pro | $729 | $8,019 ($668 a month) | 5 | $89 a month |
Both plans start with a 14 day free trial with all features enabled and no credit card. Core includes 3 basic integrations and 250,000 API calls a month. Pro includes 5 integrations and 500,000 API calls.
The gap between the two plans is larger than the headline suggests. Four optional modules are billed separately on Core and included on Pro: Advanced Inventory Manager ($149 a month), Warehouse Management and Multi-Bin ($149), Access Analytics ($69) and Production and Manufacturing ($69). A business that needs all four pays $436 a month on top of Core.
| Setup (monthly billing) | Monthly cost |
|---|---|
| Core, 3 users, no modules | $399 |
| Core, 5 users (2 extra at $69) | $537 |
| Core, 5 users plus all four modules | $973 |
| Pro, 5 users, modules included | $729 |
If you need warehouse features and a fifth user, Pro is $244 a month cheaper than building the same thing on Core. If you need only inventory basics for three people, Core is the right fit.
Both plans include 100 sales orders a month. More volume is bought in tiers: up to 500 orders for $70 a month, up to 1,500 for $200, up to 3,000 for $320 and unlimited for $490. Unleashed says orders over your allocation are applied to your account in following months, so check how overage is handled before you rely on it. A wholesaler taking 40 customer purchase orders a day is well past 100 orders a month and should price the 1,500 tier into the plan, which makes a Core subscription at that volume $599 a month before any extra users.
A realistic first year for a five-person team on Core with Standard onboarding and Standard support, billed monthly, is about $537 x 12 + $799 + $99 x 12, which comes to $8,431 before the order tiers and modules. That is the number to compare with other systems, not the $399 on the first line.
Unleashed counts and prices the orders. It does not read the PDF your customer sent. Orders from trade buyers usually arrive as a purchase order attachment, and someone has to turn it into customer, product code and quantity per line. Unleashed offers a CSV template for importing sales orders, with Order Number, Customer Code, Line Number, Product Code and Order Quantity required, and a limit of 1,000 rows per file. PurchaseOrders reads the customer PDF and returns those lines as Excel, CSV or JSON, so the import is a mapping step rather than retyping. The details are on the Unleashed sales order import page. Plans start at $49 a month, which is less than one extra Core user at $69. Teams comparing systems on cost can read the inFlow Inventory pricing and Cin7 pricing breakdowns.
Once those orders ship and are invoiced, late payers are the next drag on a small team, and an accounts receivable tool that chases unpaid invoices takes that follow-up off the same people.
Work from three numbers before you ask for a quote. First, count the people who will log in daily, not the people who might look at a report, because users are the line that grows. Second, count sales orders in your busiest month, since the 100 order allowance is the limit growing wholesalers hit first. Third, list which of the four modules you would actually use in the first year. If the answer is none, Core is enough. If it is two or more, price Core with those modules next to Pro, because the crossover comes earlier than the headline prices suggest.
It also helps to ask what the system will not do for you. Unleashed is built for businesses that hold stock and sell to trade customers, so it handles purchasing, stock, production and invoicing. It does not remove the clerical work of reading a customer's own purchase order, which is where many order desks spend the hours that the software was bought to save.
Core is $399 a month billed monthly or $366 a month billed annually. Pro is $729 monthly or $668 a month billed annually. Core includes 3 users and Pro includes 5. Extra users are $69 on Core and $89 on Pro, and onboarding and support are separate.
Yes. Each plan offers a 14 day free trial with all features enabled, and the pricing page says no credit card is needed. After the trial you pick Core or Pro. There is no permanent free plan.
Pro includes 5 users instead of 3, 5 basic integrations instead of 3, and double the API calls. It also includes the four optional modules that cost $436 a month combined on Core, along with advanced business intelligence and demand forecasting.
Both plans include 100 sales orders a month. Higher allowances cost $70 a month for 500 orders, $200 for 1,500, $320 for 3,000 and $490 for unlimited.
The pricing page shows US dollars and excludes taxes, and says Unleashed invoices in NZD, AUD, USD or GBP. Check the currency on your quote, since the same plan converts differently by region.
