Procurify does not publish prices. Every customer gets a custom quote built from the Purchasing core product, the number of Pro users, and any add-ons such as Accounts Payable or Expense and Card. Basic users who only request or receive items are unlimited and free of seat charges. Vendr, which negotiates software contracts for buyers, reports a median Procurify contract of about $15,000 a year, with deals ranging from roughly $4,210 to $40,000.
If you are pricing Procurify, you are probably also pricing two or three rivals, so this page puts Procurify's quote model next to the purchase order tools that do publish a US price. Procurify's structure comes from its own pricing page and the dollar ranges from Vendr's marketplace data, both read in September 2026. Where a vendor shows no price we say quote only instead of guessing.
Expect a quote in the low five figures per year for a mid-sized team. Vendr's buyer data puts the median annual contract at $15,000, with a reported range of about $4,210 to $40,000 a year. Procurify prices by Pro users (the people who approve, buy and manage), not by everyone who submits a request, and by which products and add-ons you switch on. Payment terms Vendr lists are Net 30 with annual payment options.
Every customer starts with Purchasing, which covers order requests, purchase orders, product catalogs, vendors and the platform features. On top of that Procurify sells two further products and two add-ons, and the quote grows as you layer them in.
| Piece | What it includes | How it affects the quote |
|---|---|---|
| Purchasing (core) | Order requests, purchase orders, catalogs, vendors, approval routing, budgets, spend insights, account codes | Required for every customer |
| Pro users | People with role-based permissions to approve, buy and manage | The main price driver |
| Basic users | People who request orders and receive items | Unlimited, not the price driver |
| Accounts Payable product | Bills and payments | Extra product |
| Expense and Card product | Spending cards and expenses | Extra product |
| Guided Intake and Contracts | Add-ons for intake forms and contract records | Extra add-ons |
| Accounting integrations | QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics 365 | Listed as included |
The practical consequence is simple. A company with 200 people who occasionally request things and 8 people who approve and buy pays for 8 seats, not 208. That is the main reason Procurify often wins against per-user tools in organizations with many occasional requesters, and loses against flat-fee tools when almost everyone who touches a purchase order also approves one.
These are the purchase order tools most often shortlisted against Procurify by US finance teams, with the price each vendor shows publicly. Coupa is included for scale, using the same Vendr data source.
| Tool | Published or reported US price | Pricing model | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Procurify | Quote only; Vendr median about $15,000 a year, range about $4,210 to $40,000 | Platform plus Pro users; unlimited Basic users | Many occasional requesters, few approvers |
| Tradogram | Essentials $99 a month or $950.40 a year; higher plans quoted | Flat fee per plan | The cheapest procurement entry point |
| Precoro | Core from $499 a month billed annually; Automation from $999 | Plan tiers | Growing teams wanting full procure to pay |
| ProcureDesk | Startup $830 a month billed annually, 10 users, extra users $20; Growth $1,250 | Plan plus users | Approvals by department on QuickBooks or Xero |
| Ramp Procurement | Add-on to Ramp Plus ($15 per user a month plus a platform fee) or Enterprise; add-on price not published | Card platform add-on | Companies already running spend on Ramp |
| PLANERGY | Quote only | Custom | Mid-market teams on QuickBooks Desktop |
| Coupa | Quote only; Vendr median about $94,519 a year | Enterprise suite | Large enterprises with global sourcing |
Read the table as a range, not a ranking. At the Vendr median, Procurify costs roughly what ProcureDesk Startup costs over a year ($9,960) plus some add-ons, and a fraction of Coupa. Tradogram is an order of magnitude cheaper but gives you less. The honest way to compare is to price the same scenario with each vendor: your number of approvers, your requesters, your accounting system, and whether you need AP in the same tool.
Procurify is worth it when many people need to ask for purchases and only a few need to approve them, because the Basic-user model keeps the seat bill small. It is a weaker fit when nearly every user is an approver, when you need only purchase orders without budgets or approvals, or when your spend already runs through a card platform that includes a procurement module.
Three questions settle it quickly. How many Pro users would you actually need? Do you want AP and cards from the same vendor, or do you already pay for them elsewhere? And does the integration for your accounting system sync the objects you care about, such as vendors, GL accounts and purchase orders, in both directions? Ask for a live demo of the sync with your own accounting system before you sign.
The best Procurify alternatives are Precoro and ProcureDesk for teams that want a published price and full approval workflows, Tradogram for the lowest entry cost, Ramp Procurement for companies already on Ramp cards, and Coupa for large enterprises. The right one depends on how many approvers you have and which accounting system has to receive the data.
We compared these tools per accounting system elsewhere, with prices checked on each vendor page: see purchase order software for QuickBooks, purchase order software for Sage Intacct and purchase order software for Xero. For the whole category side by side, including document capture tools, start with the best purchase order software.
Procurify's model rewards preparation. Count your Pro users carefully and keep anyone who only requests or receives as a Basic user, since those seats are unlimited. Decide before the first call whether you want the Accounts Payable product; if you only need the bill side and not purchasing controls, dedicated accounts payable automation may be the cheaper route. Ask for multi-year pricing in writing, confirm which add-ons are bundled, and ask what happens to the price when your Pro user count grows mid-contract.
Bring competitor quotes. Vendr's data shows a wide range between the lowest and highest Procurify deals, and a documented alternative with a published price, such as Precoro or ProcureDesk, is the simplest lever a buyer has.
Procurify, Precoro, ProcureDesk and Coupa all manage purchase orders you create inside them. None of them reads the purchase order documents that arrive from outside: a customer's PO PDF that your order desk has to turn into a sales order, a supplier's order confirmation, or a backlog of legacy POs you are migrating into the new system. Those still get typed by hand.
That is the job PurchaseOrders does. Upload the PDF, scan or email attachment in the tool at the top of this page and it returns the header and every line item as Excel, CSV or JSON. Migrating a backlog before go-live works the same way through bulk purchase order upload, up to 50 files at a time, and developers can call the purchase order API directly. PurchaseOrders does not route approvals or hold budgets, so it sits in front of whichever suite you choose rather than replacing it.
No. Procurify does not list a free plan or public prices; every customer receives a custom quote. What is free is the Basic user seat: requesters and receivers are unlimited, and you pay for the Pro users who approve, buy and manage, plus the products and add-ons you choose.
A Pro user is a seat with role-based permissions beyond requesting and receiving, such as approving requests, creating purchase orders or managing settings. Procurify's pricing is determined by the number of Pro users, while Basic users who only request orders or receive items are unlimited.
Yes. Procurify's pricing page lists QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct and Microsoft Dynamics 365 among its accounting integrations. Confirm in a demo which objects sync in each direction, such as vendors, GL accounts, purchase orders and bills, because depth varies by accounting system.
Usually, by a wide margin. Vendr reports a median Procurify contract of about $15,000 a year against about $94,519 for Coupa. Coupa targets large enterprises with sourcing and supplier management across regions, while Procurify targets mid-market teams that mainly need requests, approvals and purchase orders.
It can be, if the business has many people who request purchases and only a few who approve. For a small team where two or three people do everything, a flat-fee tool such as Tradogram Essentials at $99 a month, or the purchase orders built into an accounting system, often costs far less than a Procurify quote.
